How do I request a quote?
Send us your product list, quantities and destination via the contact form. We respond with a configured quote, BOM and INCOTERMS proposal within one business day.
Do you supply individual items or only complete laboratories?
Both. You can order a single instrument or a turnkey laboratory package sized to your syllabus or research programme.
What payment terms are accepted?
We accept advance bank transfer, irrevocable letter of credit and tender-grade payment terms for institutional buyers. Specific terms are agreed per order.
Can you provide a proforma invoice for tender or grant submissions?
Yes. We routinely issue proforma invoices, item-level technical specifications and country-of-origin declarations for procurement purposes.
Which countries do you ship to?
We supply to institutions across 60+ countries in EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Tell us your destination and we’ll quote accordingly.
Do you arrange door-to-door delivery?
Yes. We can ship under EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP/DDP depending on what your purchase order requires.
How is the equipment packed?
Sensitive instruments are packed in marine-grade plywood crates with VCI lining and shock indicators for safe sea or air freight.
What documents are included with each shipment?
Each shipment is accompanied by a commercial invoice, packing list, country-of-origin certificate, applicable test reports and any specific certificates referenced in the purchase order.
Are your instruments tested before shipment?
Every powered instrument is functionally tested and electrically checked before despatch. Test results are recorded against the unit serial number and sent with the shipment.
What warranty do you offer?
A standard 24-month warranty applies to most catalog items, covering manufacturing defects from the date of receipt. Specific terms are quoted per product.
Do you provide calibration certificates?
Yes. Where applicable, instruments ship with calibration certificates traceable to recognised reference standards.
How do I get help with installation?
Each instrument ships with a user manual. For complex setups or laboratory packages, we provide remote setup guidance and, where contracted, on-site commissioning.
Can I download the user manual or brochure?

How do I report a product issue?
Email us with the unit serial number, a description of the issue and a photograph if applicable. Our team will respond with a resolution path.
